Exothermic Welding Mold:
Operation process
1. Net conductor is secured in mold after the mold is absolute clean.Contact test can be done through pre-heating
2. Metal keeping washer is located on bottom of mold furnace
3. Pore powder into furnace and distribute some preliminary powder on the edge of mold
4. Close covers and use light gun to light and sparkle on original powder
5. Safe reaction inside the mold
6. After hot welding reaction is over, clean off the burrs inside the mold.
Made of semi-permanent high pure thin graphite, and can be able to bear the high temperature. Mould from: the mould cavity, the mould cave, the hole for runing into,etc. The mold's production process should be based on the connection of different shape of the conductor ( --type, T type, + type, etc.), the shape/size of the cavity, melting metal flow direction, etc.
